John Vito and Jill from THE AMAZING RACE 3 and AMAZING RACE ALL-STARS, disappointed fans after their early departure from ALL-STARS, but John Vito is grateful not only for being selected for the ALL-STAR season, but also for the amazing experience he had running Race 3.

John Vito, 33, is originally from Staten Island, NY, but currently resides in Manhattan. Prior to THE AMAZING RACE 3, JV was a bond trader and now works as an equities trader in Manhattan. Although JV travels as often as possible, he is always happy to return to New York City, and doesn't think he could live anywhere else. JV has always loved to travel, and frequently took trips with his parents to their hometown in Italy as a child. THE AMAZING RACE gave him the opportunity to travel to places that he never dreamed he would ever go, such as Malaysia, Singapore, Morocco, and Ecuador, and he is extremely grateful for the opportunity to have run the race twice. His biggest regret from Race 3, besides not winning, was missing the opportunity to travel to Vietnam, which was the next location after they were eliminated. Being the first team eliminated on the ALL-STAR Race was extremely difficult for John Vito and Jill as they knew they had missed the opportunity to see as many wonderful places as in Race 3. They took advantage of the time spent sequestered in Acapulco to form friendships with the other Racers they were sequestered with and JV even thinks that the episodes of Elimination Station were sometimes more entertaining than the actual Race.(not really).

Living in New York allows John Vito to meet many of the Racers when they come to NY to appear on THE EARLY SHOW after their elimination, and John Vito attends the TARcon party that follows each season's finale as often as possible, as he loves to meet the fans that have supported the show for so many years.
